Ross Armour
Director / Personal Trainer

Prior to moving to Hong Kong in 2007, Ross pursued a professional rugby career which, as a Scottish national, saw him represent his country at age-group, school-boy and student rugby league world cup tournaments and play in Scotland, New Zealand, Ireland, England and the United States. More recently, he has been a part of national championship-winning sides in Scotland, the United States and Hong Kong.

Ross also played/represented Hong Kong in the Asian 5 Nations tournament.

Jeremy Meyer
Director / Personal Trainer

Jeremy received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the Arizona State University.  He has also achieved the following:

National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. (NSCA, CSCS) 
Poliquin International Certification Program Level I
Poliquin International Certification Program Level II
BioSignature Level I Practitioner
USA Weightlifting Assoc (Club Coach Level I)

Jeremy has worked with athletes of many sports (American Football, Ice Hockey, Soccer, Baseball, Rugby, Basketball, Boxing, Wrestling, Rowing) and of all levels (High School, University, Professional).
 
He has also helped his personal training clients reach their fitness goals which include: weight/body fat loss, muscle/strength gains.
 
Jeremy played Defensive End for the University of Northern Arizona in 1995 and 1996.
He won the Arizona State Powerlifting Championships in 1997.
Jeremy played Rugby for the Santa Monica Rugby Club (USA National Championships)

Asha Hibbert
Personal Trainer

Prior to moving to Hong Kong Asha’s sporting background was mainly athletics despite playing most sports at school. She represented her county in the 800m and triple jump and later competed at a national level in Heptathlon. 

Since becoming a trainer four years ago, Asha has made it her mission to help her clients improve their quality of life and health. Whether it be shedding fat, building muscle or learning how to move better, she will get you where you want to be. She takes her education very seriously and has attended courses and seminars all over the world.

Peter Fisher
Personal Trainer

Peter played professional rugby in the UK over a four year period with the Exeter Chiefs and subsequently returned to the club to complete a 3 month long internship with the Strength and Conditioning team. Since then he has worked with a wide variety of athletes. He attended the University of Exeter playing in over 50 competitive BUSA games and was selected to represent England Students.
